Here's what I keep coming back to: give a worker an AI that truly knows their work and output doesn't just improve, it transforms. I build that into real systems, then hand them to the team and step back.

There are usually two people in a story like mine, and I'm both. The operator who runs a P&L, wins AXA and Allianz against Qualtrics and Medallia, and rebuilds an engineering org. And the builder who writes a 13-tier model router, an LLM gateway, and an agentic coding harness, because I can't not.

Mission: I want every worker to have their own superintelligence.
